Inarticulate Around You

I'm put together like a puzzle
Most of the time, the pieces seem to fit
But when I'm with you it's like a piece is wrong
In that zone, I feel my IQ drop tenfold, ten
You get inside brandishing razor blades
Cutting up my insides and my major veins
Blood spilling like the awkward sentences from my mouth
I don't know how to act, what to do or who to confide in
Things are jumbled and unlike themselves
When you approach and make yourself known
I feel like I can't even write about it
Because when I look back, things are in a haze
Unregistered moments on top of odd modes of thought
I just don't know what to do with myself
