Nature’s Path

Let’s stroll along the path
that outlines bodies, entwined.
Hard, muscular flesh of man
joining soft, yielding flesh of woman.

Climb along curves of breasts,
Down belly, flat, across hips,
tracing childhood scar with your tongue.

Pull close
to quicken pulse, breath, and loins;
allow mind to move-multidirectional
as fingertips play across brow,
cheekbone, lips.

Hike along
entirety of frame
until worn and weary
then stop to catch your breath.

Ramble across
sanctity of sex, paying homage
to all that is divine;
worship all that is me.

Rush forward
with the force of ten-thousand souls
charging St. Peter’s gates.

Hold tight
before the world awakens,
and bliss becomes a hazy memory.

Walk, with me, and the day will
take on new meaning;
the moon, illuminating early morning sky,
will never fade.
