Beautiful

(this was written 2years ago and i recently found it with my old school work while looking through college documents)
(I wrote this for a friend of mine who was feeling very down about her appearance. me and my other friends think she is beautiful and i thought that i would write her a poem to show her that she is. she love'd it and to this day she is more confident and happy with herself)


just one look into the mirror and you shall smile,
when you hear us say, "your are the definition of beautiful."

you have the most voluptuous curves no male can resist,
fiery waves of hair that could only belong to a goddess.
eyes like a serene lagoon anyone could get lost in,
beauty spots that decorate your soft pale skin.
never say that you are ugly for you are far from that,
unlike the fakes your beauty needs no effort.
keep optimism at an all time high,
allow yourself to feel free and let your confidence shine.
