Dear diary
I woke up this morning
Still had a buzz from the bowl I smoked last night
Took a shower
Had a smoke
My friend gave me a shot of Jack
Then I had another
I don't drink
Jack is disgusting
It tastes like cough medicine
But, here I sit
Two shots of Jack swimming in my belly
I'm tired
This trip is starting to take its tole on me
I've had a really good time
I got what I came for
I think
Now I'm ready to get home
Sleep in my bed again
Sleep for days, even
My train of thought isn't very interesting today
Could just be the exhaustion and the two shots
It rained really hard yesterday
I saw a bird come down and grab a worm
It's interesting to watch animals act solely on instinct
Us humans have lost touch with most of our primal instincts
We know that McDonald's stops serving breakfast after 10 am
We've become so reliant on technology and the flow of conformity that we've lost touch with nature
Nature keeps flowing all around us
It adapts
It survives
We're afraid of killing nature by burning fossil fuels and cutting down trees
We're only killing ourselves
That's the beauty behind the arrogance of man
We believe nothing can survive without us
How foolish
I'm fading fast
I think I need to lie down
