And there she was
An angel amongst wolves
Gnashing teeth and eyes full of lust
She floated
She tamed them
And I was the wolf too
And I wanted her just as bad
In her innocence there was beauty
She had fallen on broken wings
In the middle of beasts ready to feed
I saw myself in her

She weaved through us without fear
Calming me
Giving me everything I needed

I was alive
