Without you life is hard to get though
Without you I have no idea what to do
Without you my life seems to come unglued
Without you I have no soul to soothe
Without you I have no heart to give to anyone but you.
Without you I struggle with sanity
Without you I cannot help but go crazy wanting your love
Without you I cannot help but cry at night
Wishing you by my side.
Without you I do not know how to find any feelings on the inside
Without you I cannot be me
Without you I cannot be real and love you freely.
Without you I have no idea what to do

Very nice use of anaphora, which is a very underappreciated writing technique. Anaphora, for those who do not know, is the repetition of a word or phrase at the beginning of a line. It reinforces the main idea, and sometimes it just sounds truly beautiful.
