Unbound
We are creatures of fate,
bound by logic and reality,
constantly fighting our innate hate with love.
But i have shed those putrid shackles.
those cold, black chains that are reason.
I have abandoned that battle emotions because i see it-
with these eyes-gray, cold eyes that see everything!
Love is a finite, fragile emotion.
merely giving an illusion of power.
It is born with its host,
and dies with its host...
But hatred? Hatred is immortal.
Not bound by humanity,mortality, sanity-
Its free!
it possesses the freedom every bound human longs to possess.
I will not be trapped and guided by fate.
i will not be frozen by love-ah! but its cold claws do chill me still,
no...i will be free.
to fly on the wings of hatred-to be hatred itself
until i am no longer bound by a world possessed by love.
until i can reach that place where i am needed...
where i am not chained up to be used and still be discarded.
until i am truly unbound.
bound by logic and reality,
constantly fighting our innate hate with love.
But i have shed those putrid shackles.
those cold, black chains that are reason.
I have abandoned that battle emotions because i see it-
with these eyes-gray, cold eyes that see everything!
Love is a finite, fragile emotion.
