Behind Everything you see

She's always smiling, glowing with glee,
little do you know, she's not really me.
Her eyes sparkle and shine with delight,
But you didn't know, they're full of fright.

She laugh and watches her siblings playing,
Observe her, she's slowly decaying.
She goes to work with a bounce in her gait,
little do you know her fears await.
She Exercises often, getting shape stat,
its all because she's called fat.

She sheds tears and denies it after, leaving you confused,
Little do you know, she's been abused.
She's brave and grins from ear to ear,
Observe her, she cowers in fear.

She walked all shinny & bright,
little do you know she worships all things dark.
She's a comforting sunbeam, full of life,
Less you know, she longs to use her knife.
She's optimistic, and always makes you feel great,
Look at her, she suffer from major depression.
She's slowly Changing, and you're too oblivious to ask
Everything you sees in her is not what she really is.
