Time somebody told me
That I am beautiful, amazing, and true
That my heart shines brighter than the sun
If only they knew
How that would make me feel
Time somebody told me
That my looks do not matter
That I can be who I am without hiding
They do not understand
How much that would mean to me
Time somebody told me
That I am their everything
That I am their world
That they could never live without me
Truly I want someone to care
Time somebody told me
That I am not worthless
That I am not a monster just hiding in the dark
That they will help me with my pain inside
It's time that I told me.

it does feel nice to hear these things but none of that should really matter as long as you know that you are beautiful...know that you are amazing and know that you are being true to yourself..it feels even better to accept yourself without worrying about someone accepting you.....
