Tequito my imaginary friend
I see you in the night,
Eyes abled I see you’re scared and whisper for the light,
The crushing of your bones, as your grind your teeth,
And clench your neck the veins a burst there groans,
Patrolling through the pain his voice condemned,
Your shriek and anguish causes my ears pain and offend,
Acid launched all over him he screams for my comfort,
I see his skin lash off like jelly thrown on the floor,
My poor friend tequito the Mexican skeleton,
Sits and describes to me of how gang life became a chore,
He lies in the corner of my room, buried like a mushroom,
Scared of loud noises and a Swiss knife, gangster music, for they’ll come in after life,
He’s my best friend no matter he helps me through Darkest of days,
So in my room feeling safe is where tequito stays.
