"THE DAY I LEFT"
I’m not going to be here long
Please don’t you mourn,
Come together as one
And sing my favorite song,
I will now be at ease
No pain will I bare,
Look at it as I am free
And I am going up there.
I saw the tears in your eyes
The hurt on your face,
When you were told
I would soon leave this place,
I wanted to prepare you
Stay as long as I could,
I got down and prayed
Because I knew that God would,
Keep me around, a few days longer,

Please don’t you mourn,

DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL
For you have gone and left me sad
I never got a chance to know you dad
for I was one and just your little girl
I was your precious thing, in the whole wide world
everyone told me how happy you was
to cuddle and hold me just because
you felt as if I was God's gift from heaven
Oh daddy I love you and that is forever
one day soon we will meet again
and I will feel your touch like you did back then
so spread your wings and watch over me
and your grandsons Jakel and Jamchri
for we must go on and bare the memories and pain
stop pointing and...
I never got a chance to know you dad
for I was one and just your little girl

A Voice Unheard
THOUSANDS IS GONE WITH OUT A WORD
SO MANY VOICES WILL GO UNHEARD
FOR I AM ONE WHO LEFT THIS WORLD
WHO BODY IS LOST AND CAN NOT BE BURIED
BUT THROUGH A FRIEND I WRITE THIS POEM
BECAUSE I SEE THAT SHE STILLS MOURN
FOR A DAY WE ALL WILL REMEMBER
THE SADDEST DAY THE 11th OF SEPTEMBER
SO MANY VOICES WILL GO UNHEARD

I'm Sorry Mom
I'm sorry mom for the things I put you through
I'm sorry mom for not doing the things you wanted me to do
I'm sorry mom for leaving you so soon
I'm sorry mom for that call you got that afternoon
Leaving you was the last thought on mind
Just like so many I guess it was just my time
I thought about you the last minutes of my life
I thought about my son and I even thought about my wife

One of God's living things
I don't ask much from you
But to respect who I am

Tonight was the last Night
Tears fell down a face
Lips begin to tremble
A heart is slowly beating
Blood is no longer flowing
The sun is no longer shinning
The leaves is no longer green
A life just been taking
By someone controlling reasons
No longer can makeup excuses
Always tried to understand
Still trying to figure out
Why it happens again
You read it in the paper
So many times before
Saw it on the news
But couldn’t walk out the door
Kept trying to be a home
Where I thought he wanted to live
Tried to be the car
I wasn’t his choice of...

His Blood, Your hands
I won’t say he was the best
He most definite won’t the worse
But he was a human being
Who didn’t deserve to get hurt
To walk in his house with help
Knowing you wouldn’t go by yourself
You wanted to over power him
That is why you came with them
You could had made a different
Could have kept it a simple fight
Instead you made your own decision
And decided to take his life
Let’s start from the beginning
From the moment you 3 walk in
Cursing, fighting just wasn’t enough
You pull the guns on him
