he has name,
depression.

it’s not the first time i fought him
he’s got ahold of me good this time
i can’t break free, he yanks and pulls me down, he’s strong

i’m yelling and screaming for help but no one seems to hear.
i’m not sure if i can escape this time
i’m on the ground, feeling defeated
but no, i can’t let him win
if i got away before i can do it again
yes, i have to fight, i have to get back up.
