See you again soon
This is actually just to say
I won't be able to log on here
for a little while but when I
come back from my trip I will
enjoy seeing all the familiar
names on the DUP. And even though
I haven't written very many poems
lately, I have enjoyed reading the
work of others and commenting on the
poems that have touched me one way or
another. I also hope to be posting
more work when I get back.

sometimes you go off into the night
I cannot follow you there
fraught with dangers and fright
so I wait for you patiently in the day
hoping it's here you'll want to stay
and if you get thoughts of what I lack
that's the jealous night trying to steal you back

The way I see it...
you don't reallly have to call me a slut
just know it is you who I want to f...
you don't really have to call me a whore
just know with you I always want more
you don't really have to give me your hate
our love for each other was born by fate
you don't really need to vandalize me
because you possess the magical key
for you all my locks are open and free
wherever anytime and with just a slight touch or kiss
you know you'll invoke the sheerest of bliss
I think you'll be able to control yourself
don't make me put our love on...

It was given to me by
someone on a piece of
paper when I was very
young!
For no other reason than the mood just striking me, I
wanted to post it here on this forum.( Sorry, it's in German)

Velvet Underground
velvet underground has had lights
shining upon it by those seeking
for its understanding but these
inked words don't speak in broad
daylight nevertheless the ruby may
be seen unexpectedly in locales
where it will be found by those who
know how to solve its riddles
be not saddened by the rarity of
conveyance of verse for the imprints
of a velvet's trail can be followed
by those who know where to look and
the underground will still be
partaken off albeit more unseen
shining upon it by those seeking

Ramblings
let's see if you can make sense
of my ramblings as I reveal
to you some of what I have
been thinking and feeling
it is true that I have strong feelings for you
you know that I love you even when we're apart
but sometimes you act as if you didn't know that
but I know that you know and deep down regardless of
what you say you always know how I feel about you
I know that you can see me like no other can
you see into my soul and see the real me
you see the child even though I try to hide her
you know about the other worldliness
and I can see...

Control
I know all you want is complete control
eventually this will take its toll
I'm sick and tired of the relentless nagging
I'm weary from the ranting and ragging
you're a good man who can be solid as a rock
but all this nagging has got to stop
I can't handle the constant control freakery
deep down you're afraid to see the real me
the thing that you don't seem to realize
controlling and nagging don't make passion rise
you think shutting your mind is a winning game
but it will be your loss and that's a shame ...
eventually this will take its toll
