we will be forever
The way you look at me
makes me smile.
The way you smile at me
makes me laugh.
The way you hug me
makes me never want to let go.
The wayyou kiss me
makes me never want to lean away.
The way you love me
makes me feel like I can fly.
The way you are perfect
makes me feel like I'm not good enough,
but the way you tell me I'm perfect
makes me feel loved.
The way we are together
makes me feel like we will be forever.

i don't want to lose him
i hate this!
this feeling of insecurity.
the feeling he is going to let me go.
i can't live without him.
i understand why it was
so hard for her to get over him.
he is so easy to get attached to
because he is simply perfect.
i can't let him go.

lost thoughts
someone once told me
the more folds you have in your brain,
the smarter you are.
i don't believe them.
i think the folds are there
so the things and people
you want so bad to forget,
can get stuck and
keep coming up in your thoughts.
i have so many things
i want to forget,
but they are stuck
in those stupid folds.
and i don't understand
how the good memories fade away,
and thethings you want to remember,
get lost and never come back.
but the thoughts haunting your brain
are there forever.

my prayer
i believe in God and i pray a lot.
but how come i get punished
more than the people that i know
who haven't been to church
a day in their life,
but their lives are perfect.
Well after i thought about it...
their lives aren't that great.
they smoke, drink, do drugs, cuss
and where does that get them?
running from the police
and maybe a few people thinking they are cool.
REAL EXCITING!
well here is my prayer:
i pray all those people
whose lives suck,
will meet God, just like me.
i pray they will pray.
and i pray God will ...

but everyone's eyes are on you
so you get scared you will miss
in front of all of them.

see that girl over there?
the one that people think
is perfect and does no wrong.
that's me.
everone thinks i'm a "good girl"
they think i do no wrong.
what they don't know is
i'm the girl that
goes out drinking every weekend.
bet you didn't know that did you?
i bet you also didn't know

sure i live in a big house,
my dad is the judge,
and my parents aren't divorced,
but since i have a big house,
that means bigger payments,
which means less money.

When in doubt
I am there to help you out.
When in pain and suffering
I will bring you happiness.
And in your darkest times,
I will bring the brightest lights.
That's what he said when I was down.
That's what he said to pick me back up.
That's what he said when no one else cared.
That's what he said to make me feel wanted.
That is a quote by a guy, who I barely knew,
but turned into my best friend.

People say
to live life to its fullest.
We've all heard it before.
You know when people say to
walk through the open door.
Well why are all my doors closed?
My life seems so perfect.
Its not I swear.

that my life sucks.

I'm Over It
I just realized
All my poems have to do with
Me and him,
Me and her,
Her and him,
do people really want to hear about our pathetic lives?
Probably not.
So why do I write about them?
Its the only thing that my emotions are tagged into.
I really have to stop worrying about this.
I don't care if she hates me.
I care that he loves me.
I don't care that he's over her.
I care that those emotions are taking over my life.
I care that everytime I look at her it makes me
want to punch a wall and then shoot myself.
And I'm sure she thinks...
