More Than A Friend
Long ago I fell in love
The feelings I have...
Goes deeper than our friendship does,
I was there when he did you wrong,
Crying on my shoulder,
...Thinking...
This is where you actually belong,
Spending quality time
Your place or mines
Movies dates,
those night were good times.
Falling asleep in my arms
Untill the the sun shines thru
A friendship so pure
But their was so much more between me & you
More than a friendship was there
Ever since that day at the county fair
You thought you were cute but your ass almost froze...
The feelings I have...

You Were Suppose To Be My Wife ( The End )
You won't there for your family
When YOU were needed
Gave You all my Love repeatedly
What you do? Still went out and cheated
Over and over again I took your ass back
Don't you know I would've done anything for YOU?
But your LOVE wasn't true, My mother tried to warn me
Told me something that just didn't sit well about you
Masking who you really were
But you showed your ass! Showed your true self.
Eye's wide shut to your love, It was suppose to be to death
Went out of my way and held you high above
High above the rest of these girl,
It was me...
When YOU were needed

Complicated Melody
My complicated melody,
Softly whispering her songs in my ear,
My heart pounds “I Need Love”
Through the beats,
of my chest....
From the shear thought of her being near…
I understand now,
Someone like you or someone unlike you,
I rather have The Real You
I am lost in the complexity of... your Melody...
Deciphering this Complicated Melody,

Intoxicating Aroma
Your smell is so intoxicating
Addicted to your aroma, a drug I can’t keep out my nose
Bring your neck close, could wake me out of a coma
I’m so high off of your fragrance
Floating on your aroma’s cloud 9
Last night’s scents we made was amazing
Can’t believe the high it gave me,
Confirmation that aroma is mines
No more like that aroma is our
I could’ve laid there and inhaled you for hours
This aroma of yours,
The sweetest smell to my nose
Aroma therapy to my soul,
Now I am your aroma's fein,
Your aroma’s my...

A Mothers Protection
Door close face down on the bed,
Pillows to cover my head,
Trying to drown out the noise,
He has been drinking again
Veins over flowing of that liquid courage,
Trying to block his path
Moving behind the furniture
How could you put your hands on her
Eyes closed praying for him to protect my mother
Scars on her soul shows imperfections
But the smiles on the outside hides them to perfection
Crying on the inside
But won't let the outside show
A strong black woman derserves better than this
Doors slamming trying to get away
So confused...

Mocha Cappuccino
So much to say,
But how do I approach you,
What would I say?
Where would I begin?
Could I tell you about your,
Beautiful Mocha Cappuccino skin,
Which could quench my chills slowly as I take sips,
Tell you how sometimes when you walking by,
I wish to be the twerk in your hips,
Or sometimes I want to grab you up and kiss those lip,
Should I come off that mannish
But just like that Hocus-pocus
It's like magic when I up an vanish
Only to reappear again
With the mustard up...

Yellow Ribbon
Hang A Yellow Ribbon on your door,
For 9 months your Soldier won't be walking through that door
Gone until November, January, or maybe even March
Nothing in your life can ever prepare you for this
Nothing is more harder than this time apart
Freedom Isn't FREE he knows all to well
He do this for you.... WE CAN NOT FAIL!!!
It is imparative that we succeed
Pray's and encouragement is what we need
We couldn't have this with out you... Our friends and family
Hang A Yellow Ribbon on your door,
For 9 months your Soldier won't be walking through that door...

let the lightning speak
Let the thunder move
Let the hail fall
And the rain groove
Let the plants whither
And the snakes slither
The ground is quicksand
Its a submitting land
It conforms to your nerves
It continuely serves
Human electricity surges
Pure euphria emerges
Your body is hot,
But your skin is cold
Each idea seems like gold
For the hightened mind is far to bold
Nature has something to say
It talks when the skys are grey

Psychedelic Winds
I envy the birds of the waterless sea
I dream of things i only wish to be
Intimacy with the spirits of desire
Like the birds, I want to fly higher
My mind is full of liquids of blue vapors
Altering information fills my minds papers
Angles of serenity, fly with me gracefully
All of this, is perfect, abnormally
Psychedelic winds, curve my perceptions
Everything is truth, there is no deception
