POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
earth mother's call
i hear earth mother's call,
through the body of my shamaness,
i answer.
i am lifted into another realm,
one filled with colour.
i see the rhythm of the wind, blowing through my hair,
dystopic melodies,
which sing to me,
the sound of my dreams,
the pattern of my thoughts,
the taste of my speech.
i hear my people below me,
each heartbeat alike yet indifferent to the other.
they look in awe at me,
it's unbelievable,
the heights that i have reached.
through the body of my shamaness,
i answer.
i am lifted into another realm,
one filled with colour.
i see the rhythm of the wind, blowing through my hair,
dystopic melodies,
which sing to me,
the sound of my dreams,
the pattern of my thoughts,
the taste of my speech.
i hear my people below me,
each heartbeat alike yet indifferent to the other.
they look in awe at me,
it's unbelievable,
the heights that i have reached.

the story of you and me
a love that has surpasses a milenia
in a quaint and simple peasant town in Hokkaido met
I my barrettes of gold and silver
my kimono of patterns unending
your apparel made of rice bags
kind words, sweet smile
and eyes...
eyes within which i had seen life
the sweet elixir which avaded those known to me
the substance which gave you the ability
to surpass a mundane body
and keep coming back to me
and come back you did
ah, but what a long wait it had to be
oh how i longed for the days in which
i would escape my world

the abyss that is her heart
she walks,
bright eyes, bright smile
but no knows
what she's feeling inside
she wears black agate on her chest
in hopes that it will call forth
the strength which she has lost
within the big, dark gaping hole
unending abyss that has eaten whole
her heart, which can never be found
with the absence of heart,
she wonders,
to live, does it really mean you're alive?
she goes about asking herself this,
seven days a week,
from noon till night
alas, the day has broken,
another mask to be taken,
a coup d'etat...

metamorphasis
they pressed her down,
kept her tight in place,
stopped her wings from growing.
"we'll protect you from the outside world"
they said.
"it can really be a devil."
and she remained subdued
because she knew not what to think.
but through a hole she saw a single ray of light
she peered through,
and in an instant she was captured.
a single ray of light, her only taste
but it had become her one, true addiction.
the need to know,
became stronger than the arms holding her in place
her petals were weakening
they were...
