POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Leeches
Like leeches in skin,
I feel you.
With earth, gin, and sin,
I fill you.
Sordid seas call me hence.
Pebbles of old stained glass;
something in them sears the skin,
with no sense,
no recompense.
I feel you.
With earth, gin, and sin,
I fill you.
Sordid seas call me hence.
Pebbles of old stained glass;
something in them sears the skin,
with no sense,
no recompense.

The Moment Exists & the Monument Does not
Live in the moment;
The moment exists
And the monument will not.
I can feel her fingers tracing my bones, embedding the skin.
I am free, for we,
We are deeply in need.
We need some restless,
A senseless semblance of endless
Tearing at the seams,
Marking down the beams.
I don't want some living dream.
I already lived it out,
And from there
Lights just went out,
Left and right.
See, I- I lost sight.
Her kiss on my hips;
The pull on my lips.
The weight of the earth was
pulling me away.
And the sun: leading...

And the monument will not.

To Have and to Hold
Lonely I tread,
past my old haunts.
I no longer recognize them
with my
two sore,
weary eyes.
Moaning, aching, I behold the visage
of those I've chosen to abandon.
Arms like aberrations,
Eyes, as their
sincerest entrails,
They reach, and I recede.
Though, reach I do,
elsewhere, to an apex.
My hands ascend my own head, searching for something larger than,
to keep me;
the mundane,
the mold
away.
My hands, they yearn.
For hellfire, to have and to hold.
This vision is old,...
past my old haunts.
I no longer recognize them
with my
two sore,
weary eyes.
Moaning, aching, I behold the visage
of those I've chosen to abandon.

Noctis Verdure
Our fate's conjugation;
motions are changing,
particles: rearranging.
Unendingly vast: the cast
of our nights not yet amassed.
Veer; through abstraction, I've only
just begun beholding so dear
what hits your light's refraction.
Time acts without kin, and so
we've no exactions within.
Your song fills my lungs with the
indefinite; it rings infinite.
Your soul beckons mine, and
endearingly, so it speaks:
"Of us there is between:
that of the earth & ocean
whom lie beneath, unseen."

Premature
The toll of too early perforating another's;
That of thy lover's
so immaculate soul?
Too uneasy are we each of our own true role.
I favored what I saw,
And'll savor what I may maw.
Yet, further 'neath lies what my heart could never surmise:
Something just as profound as the sunrise,
So enigmatic, yet without truly giving rise
To the mise of my own eyes,
Which let out unending cries
Telling me "break ties, break ties!"
As unfamiliar bodies collide,
A tainting occurs inside.

Crystalline
Lay 'neath the night,
Upon Luna's sight,
And behold, behold,
This lover's untold:
Her skin, painted lavish and white;
An effect of nature's true light.
Oh, to give one's heart flight...
Why, it must be right!
Vision, oh, visage!
Of such lust remains
but sole a vestige:
An unstaid scribe,
Without arrive
Or subside.
By such it was upon the ground inscribed:
"Two bodies entwined,
One object in mind;
