Everything
Everyone chooses their own worth
whether its just a curse
wishing that they were riding in the back of a Hearst
or fighting what they think is the worst
someday all these thoughts are gonna cause you to burst
everything we learn is based off of everything that can't be reversed
every shit show that we went through that wasn't even rehearsed
every sign that we never got from the universe
everything we gave that was never reimbursed
everything that you thought that couldn't get worse
will only surprise you and make you realize your worth ...

The deeper meaning
I write a lot of poetry
It's crazy because I only show off the ones that make me seem
somewhat sane
I want to be able to share them without giving off this feeling that I want sympathy
I want to be myself and not be ashamed
I honestly want people to know that everything I write
Comes from some sort of pain
In a way, writing is how I keep positivity running through my veins
It allows me to let go of everything that my brain contains
It allows me to be myself even when I feel like I'm mentally in the rain
It's how I unclog my problems and...

I never usually write about the way someone makes me feel because I've never understood how to put it into words
I guess I get this feeling of being blind
not literally it's just like I couldn't see past my own mind
I'm not sure if this is even the love that I was supposed to find
then I see your smile and it's just like I get this feeling of, in a way being aligned with the world
At the same time, I'm not sure if you have seen it this whole time or if you were the one that was blind

You were in and out of jail
I got all the letters in the mail
You never had to go
You made that choice all on your own
All I ever wanted was to know
How could you tell me you were coming
And never show?

I realize our relationship was already broke

The Boy and the Bird
Hope can be anything,
It could be an item,
A memory,
or something in the future.
Hope can also be lost,
stolen by your own demons,
or your own thoughts.
The only thing that can kill hope, is doubt,
but even then hope cannot be defeated.
Whether your symbol of hope is a bird,
the sky,
or the grass
Having hope is like a colorful sky.
The colors may disappear but there's always a beautiful sunset that comes back every day
Your hope could be a bird,
but what happens when that bird is...
It could be an item,

John Doe
You know I feel like I'm always in this constant state
of not knowing what I'm going to do
or where I'm going to go,
Like I know that this is my own show
and I've always known to just go with the flow
This may sound a little weird but,
I see myself, as a John Doe
The reason being is I'm still learning who I am and understanding
How to take control over the thing I allow to finally let go
All those mistakes I've made were planted and caused me to grow
With that being said, I believe every day is a new chance to glow
