Names
Names, what are the meaning?
some are humble, some are demeaning
They use to be something we are simply called
but now some seem to be appalled
Names can be a form of praise
names could also be a way to haze
They have caused many conflicts
from school to streets to politics
Why has society changed its representation
to make kind words into a different interpretation
Why can't names be less of a label and be more kind
and less unstable and more refined

the rush of feeling
the point of the knife
the cool of the blade
the warmth of the blood
I sit in the dark
empty
I sketch in my skin
anything
my mind spinning
thoughts of death
pushing harder
bleeding faster
no more pain
just relief

Death Threat
I hate you
you have destroyed me
everything is gone
why do you do this to me
it wasn't suppose to be like this
you had one job
you ruined it all
you ruined my life
Its time for me to ruin yours
its time for me to make you pay
watch out
I am coming for you
and everything you have
I will destroy your life
I will destroy your happiness
I have made up my mind
don't try and change it
you will suffer

The Act Of Cutting
blood oozes out of my cut
tears fall from my face
I feel the pain inside me
I wish to stop but can't
I want to tell but won't
darkness surrounds me
the knife pushes deeper
my arm goes numb
my vison is blurred
no one hears my cries
I drop the weapon
I clutch my arm
Something dies within me
I feel guilty
................
I feel sad
...............
I feel anger
...............
I feel relief

it hurts
all the pain you put me through
i'm done
this is the final straw
dont be surprised
if i'm not here tomorrow
anywhere
is better than here
I just
need to get away
from you and your lies
you never
ever cared
I don't know why I ever tried
ungrateful
rude
self-absorbed
I doubt you'll even cry
when I am gone
at my own hand
at least you'll see
what you did
and all the pain you caused
but don't grieve
I won't be truly gone
you'll have to live with yourself ...

Ungrateful
I do everything for you but you don't see.
I try everything I can but you still don't see.
I clean, I mop, I dust, I organize, but to no avail.
I do it all again day after day but still to no avail.
I do all my chores as well as my siblings.
I do extra just to make you proud.
Yet you see nothing.....
None of my work.......
Nothing I do for you....
And you said I was the ungrateful one.
I try everything I can but you still don't see.

my love for you will never get old
you are my everything, you are my gold
your eyes shine brighter than any light
and your smile makes all my feelings take flight
I love you more than words can say
but I hope they are enough to make you stay
we can feel invincible together
and take on this world no matter the weather
everytime we touch you make my pain melt
its the best feeling I have ever felt
