If I told you...
If I told you that I wanted to be the one you ran to when you had a bad day to wipe the tears away.
That I wanted to be the one you ran to when you had the best day ever and your smile was so bright it could guide a ship through the worst storm. Would you mind?
If I told you it was killing me to try and sleep at night without you by my side would you care at all?
Would my actions and decisions prove that I am still in love with you more than I could ever explain in writing or in words or would they go unnoticed

who am I?
You say you know me
Have you travelled the canyons tears have craved into my face
Or sailed the rivers of blood that have flown from my wrist
Watched as my dreams fade like the sun on a warm summer evening
Swept up the shattered pieces of a soul that even the kings men couldn't put back together again
You say you know me
But I don't even know myself

Longing to feel your touch
To set me free like a dove on a wedding day
I need your touch to reignite the passion in my soul
I know you have loved me with no hesitation
Even when I was to blinded by the darkness to see it
Its been so long would I know your touch even if I felt it
So here I am upon bended knees god
Just longing to feel

My angel
Like an angel she appeared from no where so beautiful that her light reached even the darkest of souls.
Again and again she came to me and I came to find a heat so big and full of love and life that it rivaled that of mother earths.
She was everything id ever dreamed of. A woman that I could get to know, fall in love with. Someone I could build a family, and a life with that would with stand the sands of time.
One day I awoke to realize it was just a fantasy and my angel was gone
I was left with desire and a heart full of love that would be unfulfilled ...

Beauty Queen
Behold the eyes of the beauty queen once as bright as a light house guiding ships in from sea,now as dim as the street light at the end of the road by the old house that no one dare go
Behold the lips of the beauty queen once soft an loving,now hardened and unforgiving
Behold the heart of the beauty queen once full of love,now desolate and docile
Behold the soul of the beauty queen that once soared higher than an eagle to the place where angles dewell,now dead and grounded fit only for a grave
Her life once complete and full,now resembling of a jigsaw...

unclean
I can't wash my hands of these sins
I can't wash my hands of these sins
I wash and wash
But still the sin remains
I pray but always in vain
Because the sin always remains
I cry oh God oh God I just want to be clean
The preacher says if you ask an truely believe then you will be forgiven
Oh God how I want to believe this was true
But every time I look the sin still remains
I wash and I wash but

Deaths Embrace
Deaths embrace is indiscriminate
Deaths embrace has no remorse
Deaths embrace has no conscience because no tear can stop it
Deaths embrace is a reminder that from which we came soon shall we return
