As the day gets shorter and the night gets longer
My feelings for you grow stronger
I lay in bed staring up out my window
wondering if you are also watching the moon glow
But we'll both never know
Because our feelings will never show.

Error
How do I get through to you?
I used to think I did something wrong,
But that wasn’t the problem,
Was it all too good to be true?
If so why did it begin in the first place?
But you see, I had already knew,
I knew this happiness would not last,
I felt it the first day you looked at me
That smile of your’s looked too good to be true,
And I knew it wasn’t meant for me,
But for the idea of me,
The girl you saw from afar,
The girl that looked better from a perspective,
A bent...
I used to think I did something wrong,
But that wasn’t the problem,
Was it all too good to be true?
If so why did it begin in the first place?
But you see, I had already knew,
I knew this happiness would not last,

Tell Me The Truth
Ego is a bitch right?
Subconsciousness telling you what's right but consciousness always out to bite
Am I the only one who wants to fight?
Because I just realized how much ego is a bitch and I really want to fight
Is it because Im too much aware and have caused people to run off in a scare?
It’s like open feelings lead to death and pain, while lies feed our continuously
empty void of keeping oneself sane
So tell me the truth
Is this how we are suppose to carry on or am I the one messed up in the brain?

I hope you understand that we
Are meant to be,
Although you do not want to see the truth
behind the scenes,
I know deep down that you can see
right through the thick screen,
A portrait of you and me destined to be,
The smiles on our faces that beam at each other o' so gently,
A reminder that I belong to you and you belong to me.

What is Love?
How does one fall in love?
Because when I thought I was in love
I couldn't even remember why I did
Or even how i did
It consumed me
Turned me inside out
I began thinking too much
Without taking action
And in the end
I was left empty
It was all just an illusion

Remember when..
When I first met you,
You were looking at me,
But I wasn’t looking at you.
When I first met you,
You would smile at me,
While all I did was nod at you.
When I first met you,
You wanted to be close to me,
But I didn’t let you,
Now Im confused because you won't let me through,
And you have no clue, how much I miss you.
But you see I didn’t know,
I didn’t know what was real or not,
I was lost and miserable,
You were the light but everything was, ...

I will become my highest self for you, then disappear
I will give you my brightest smile, then disappear

Mesmerized
All i ever wanted was to stare in those eyes,
Those mesmerizing eyes,
Those eyes that captivated anyone in sight,
But you see,
Only i knew this,
Only i knew how bright you really were,
How beautiful your soul was,
It shined and I couldn’t look away- stay away,
Those eyes that were locked away,
I see the fire and the warmth,
But you are unaware because you deny the truth,
The truth right in front of your eyes,
Your only hope.
Those mesmerizing eyes,
Those eyes that captivated anyone in sight,
But you see,

Darkest color of a Sunset
Your eyes are different,
The color that radiated off them,
Even though they appeared dark to everyone,
Even yourself, but they were not,
There was a warmth,
A color of bliss,
When leaves fall, your eyes appear,
The color I can’t explain in words,
But if I could I would say they were,
Like a amber but not yet amber,
Like the softest of the darkest brown,
Like the darkest color of a sunset,
Because that’s what your eyes remind me of,
The darkest color of a sunset.
