loss for words
Could you
Fall in love with
characters of a story?
Go back to save your love?
Your companions?
Enjoying the taste of adventure
as you go to new destinations?
And as the lines of the story fade
off the page,
Could you believe
that it unfolds in
front of you to reveal
the wonders and beauties
of your creative subconscious.
Your walls within a magical world.
Are you so amazed by it,
that you would give your life
to protect it?
I would....

watch it die
This world we live in,
True face hidden with lies.
Rooted with our deepest sins,
Now watch as it all dies.
My deepest sin would be Wrath,
Though it's covered it's feuled by pain.
It prepares me for the blood bath,
Now watch as I reopen the vein.
I haven't always been this way,
But then you brought me closer.
They say I used to be rather gay,
Until you fucked me over.
So yes this worlds a beautiful lie,
Now stand with me and watch it die.

liquid love
The rain beats down upon the ground, sending the smell of damp earth.
I can almost feel it, as if beating upon my chest.
The sorrow from above meets the sorrow from below.
Wetness fills my eyes and greets the rain with every blink.
The passion overflows within my heart.
A love expected to diminish has only prospered.
A laugh escapes my lips even as I try to supress it.
Memories so strong- like watching them on continuous rewind.
Confusion is the most prevalent feeling.
Words continue to flow and spew forth.
Yet all the words in the world...
I can almost feel it, as if beating upon my chest.

A formal challenge
I'd like to formally challenge you
to a duel to the death
or perhaps a spelling bee
and may the best man win...
you sit smug atop your pillar
and judge us whom you deem to be lesser
you cast dispersions but only in hushed tones
as only a cowardly man surely could
simple monosyllabic vernacular reminiscent of moans
as only a coward willfully would
you're a pitifully pathetic pathogenic disease
a humanistic species i've seen time and time again
mentally and physically i could tear you apart with ease
i've dealt with your kind before, and...

DARK POEM

nightmare
These razor blades just don't cut too deep.
Yet these wounds still won't heal.
Blood flows like a river down the haunted passage.
Drowning in a sea of of sin in my sleep.
This demon is wrecking my soul like a savage.
Ripping out my spinal chord so that I won't leap
out of the grasp of this carnage.
It's claws anchored into my ankles
Nails piercing through my skin.
With a grip like a pair of shackles.
Hear my screams of agony coming from within.
I'm fighting a losing battle.
Motionless like a puppet on a string.
The devil lurks in the...
Yet these wounds still won't heal.

demon?
Demon you say? Am I supposed to take offence?
Why? What does that word mean to you?
Do I appear evil from where you stand?
That is fine, you are free to think for yourself
I will not even bother defending my actions
But allow me to explain something else
There were no monsters beneath my bed
None hid in my closet or within the walls
The bogeyman did not haunt my dreams
No demons lurked in the alleys or behind the trees
No vampire wished to feed off me
Gremlins did not lurk in cracks or holes
The Devil never did anything to cause me harm
But...

i want off
I made a bad choice a long while ago, one I must live with for life;
I let her go too easily I think, should've fought, and made her my wife.
People tell of ALL the things they would change, if going BACK could be done;
You really need to undo all those things huh? Not me, I'd only change one.
Looking forward from then to now, my life's been just one big lie;
I once enjoyed each day to the fullest, now they start and end with a sigh.
So I've taught myself to embrace the pain, let life's misery run its course;
But the past comes back strong now and again, bringing...

You are
like the warm sun
burning down on
my skin
feels so good as
the heat soaks in
You are
Honey dipped
in heaven
sweet like chocolate
a chilled fruity wine
taste on my lips
You are
A daffodil filled field
blissful to lay within
beautiful to look at
You are A soft white cloud

floating me above
filling me with love

I know guys have told lies
Just to try get between your thighs
You've played the fool three or four times
But there's a beauty I see in your eyes
I know I'm not the knight in shining armor you were told I'd be
I don't have a perfect smile to make girls notice me

you will never own me
Mock me in that special way that you do.
Word it the way that is oh so familiar.
Abuse me
Kick me in a way that makes me bleed eternally.
Punch me so munch I break
Make my emotions run rampant and always keep me guessing.
Take my body and do as you please.
You think of me as property
You see me as trash
But I am so much more
You will never own me
I am not part of your property
I am not your toy
I will be free
I will be me
I'll do as I please.
My body is my own.
My life is free for me to do whatever
My body is a temple...
Word it the way that is oh so familiar.
