DESOLATION DESERT
Forced into desolation, life is now a fight
Burning in the daytime, freezing in the night
No reason for the actions, that have put me here
You cant imagine what its like, you will never know this fear
Endless miles of nothing, never a cloud in the sky
Too much pain in living, I wish that I could die
But my life-blood will not release me, refuses to let me go
Driving me on and on, to where I do not know
And so without determination, Into another death valley night
Without the will to preserve my life, and no will to subdue my fright

SINCE SHE WAS AROUND
You told me that you knew
What she was doing all the time
Condemning all of her actions
When she had committed no crime
Told me that you don't need her
You said that you could let her go
Said you had seen her with another
But the truth was you didn't know
And I haven't seen you happy since
Well? Since she was around
I see that look in your eyes
She is always on your mind
But you wont go and break the ice
Your afraid of what you will find
So you just keep it all wound up inside
And say no woman can bring you down

YOU TOOK THE DICE AND ROLLED
Was it the shadow of death
Was it the setting sun
That brought on that feeling
That you had nowhere to run
Was it the sudden chill
Was it the shooting pain
Did you panic as you saw your blood
Spreading around you in the evening rain
Did your life flash by
As you started to fall back
Did you think reality would prevail
As you fell into the burning black
You pushed it to the limit again
You took the dice and rolled
But this time it didn't pay-off
So cover your tab with your soul
Cause you took the dice
You took the dice and...

DECEIVED BY A BITCH
Well I don't know how I met her
And I wish I never did
I found myself caught in a game
That I could never win
I thought that this was the one
That id finally been struck
But I was deceived by a bitch
Not kissed by lady luck
Always offering so little
And expecting so damn much
It didn't matter how I tried
I just couldn't resist her touch
I got along fine without you baby
But now I don't feel quite so strong
I got along fine without you woman
But now I feel that this whole damn thing is wrong
Well I knew I couldn't keep her
So...

WAR GAMES
The generals played at their war games
They laid it down now its all history
On that day they sent us in
The scene was set for another tragedy
We hit the beach to open fire
No surprise attack no mystery
We were crushed in the enemies fist
Now we are just names on the list of casualties
Who will be next to be sent to death
Another victim of power and insanity
Now the war is old and the officers tired
Time to talk it out in cold war diplomacy
They laid it down now its all history

The skies colored slate
You have somewhere to be
But you are running late
Put the pedal down
And pick up the pace
You are the last hope
For the human race
The hour glass that
Was once so filled
Is on its side
The sand has spilled
As the darkness nears

TREE OF DESPAIR
Deep of root
Yet gnarled and bare
There is no hope
Beneath the tree of despair
It casts no shadow
To protect from the sun
Slowly approached
But left on the run
Take your sorrow to
The silhouette on the hill
Approach with concern
Leave with ill will
From time eternal
It has stood like a thorn

THE FINAL PLAGUE
Deadly and faceless, indistinct and raceless
It has no future, it has no past
You will die first, and it will die last
It dosnt need shelter, it dosnt need food
When the skies darken, it will change your mood
The winds will strengthen, but no rain will appear
This wind will spread it, and with it your fear
It has no enemies, it has no friends
When the last of us die, that will be its end
Accept your fate, there is nowhere to hide
No one is immune, from natures genocide
There is no time for promises, no time for more lies

It felt so right
So young so tight
Almost got the noose on me
But because of you
I pulled through
I know I will always be free

My imagination went wild

THIN ICE
Your walking on thin baby
But you don't care
No clothes on your body
And your feet are bare
Crazy thoughts fill up your head
You know nothing but confusion
Suicide is not the answer
But death is the conclusion
You start to see things differently
But baby its to late
The ice is cracking women
You've just chosen your fate
You realize the truth
As fear grips your heart
You were just another pawn
For the grim reaper from the start
But you don't care

Your heart beats fast
But mine does too
You say its over
But that's not true
You keep wishing that
This pain would end
And I keep wishing that
We could still be friends
We both wonder why
We cant live apart
When being together
Is an icepick to the heart
You say that's it
That we are through
What you don't know is
That's what I want too

VOICES FROM BELOW
And so once again
I find myself in
Need of a friend
I find myself needing love
Hoping for help from above
But only hearing voices from below
Deep down inside is
Where I put it
Where I try to hide
This darkness that seems
To come over me when
I hear the voices from below
So I go outside and

But only dark clouds I find
