Holy Hell,
and all that shit
My toes and hands are burning,
and I only took one hit

My toes and hands are burning,

Tick (Mark It Not As Evil)
There’s resin all inside me,
And a rattle to my cough
The deathwatch ticks,
Its habit.
Mark it not as evil,
nor curse or malady
The deathwatch ticks regardless,
Whatever else may be.
And a rattle to my cough
The deathwatch ticks,
Its habit.
Mark it not as evil,
nor curse or malady
The deathwatch ticks regardless,
Whatever else may be.

Drunken Owl Hunting
The height of winter brought the blending of two worlds,
Solstice at the village.
We passed between us our finely rolled cigars, The mad eyed Indian and I.
They danced across our vision, and smelt of a slow moving sweetness.
Cry of the ubagi
and the Indian betrays his nature.
We need guns.
A spotlight, and more champagne,
The woods are alive with hooting evil spirits.

Round Up
Round up
How come I feel like I'm being constantly ground up?
Broke down and then rebuilding from the ground up
but if you look to my face it holds no frown-up
and down is the cycle that I've found.
Walkin in circles then I turn my mind round
Head up to the sky- but my feet still firmly on the ground.
And now I'm heading underground
Escapin the hot hand of the Sun
in this new land that is run
supposedly indivisible under one
God
As long as he grants the right to a gun
Because the truth is: your "God" has been blood since year one...

Pictures Within Pictures
Pictures within pictures,
within the lines upon your face.
Mystic little scriptures
for passers-by to trace.
Your soul is up on sale
as you chain it to your gate.
Pictures within pictures,
within the lines sewn by your gait.
Mystic little scriptures,
that we will speak as we replace--
reality and stability,
for a tiny little taste
of pictures within pictures,
within the crevices of our minds.
We will don our altered states,
and ride the rolling of our eyes.
Relate our breathing and hearts beating
to the rolling of the tides....
within the lines upon your face.
Mystic little scriptures
for passers-by to trace.
Your soul is up on sale
as you chain it to your gate.

Red
We ran laps around this shanty town.
Our minds wrapped around,
we brought rapture down.
This court was called in pastures,
and the jester wore the crown.
Red seeped in,
and we burned that pasture down.
It was a time for deep re rooting,
we dug our fingers in the ground.
We planted seeds of consciousness,
and watched the rain fall down.
Our minds wrapped around,
we brought rapture down.
This court was called in pastures,
and the jester wore the crown.
Red seeped in,
and we burned that pasture down.
It was a time for deep re rooting,
we dug our fingers in the ground.
We planted seeds of consciousness,
and watched the rain fall down.

Yellow
The garden flowers were hiding in the shadows of the night.
A fruit fly lay there warming,
in preparation for his flight.
The breeze brings smells of nectar,
and the singing of a bird.
By the time that yellow rolled around
I was nowhere to be heard.
I was off on some mad brilliance,
nourishing the world.
My blood was up for grabs that night,
my soul was all unfurled.
A fruit fly lay there warming,
in preparation for his flight.
The breeze brings smells of nectar,
and the singing of a bird.
By the time that yellow rolled around
I was nowhere to be heard.

Breath Out the Dust That Settles
Bless your burning petals,
and all the things they stand for.
Breath out the dust that settles
all along your body's floor.
Bless your burning petals,
and all the things they stand for.
We're all breathing dust.
We're all but floating now.
Passing through a ray of weeping sunlight,
cast aside to the fray of turning winds.
Caught up and bathed in sleeping moon-glow.
Brought up and raised in different worlds.
Sing for the dark ground water
that cools and blackens your wandering toes
curled in and tucked beneath.
To the Earth...
and all the things they stand for.
Breath out the dust that settles
all along your body's floor.
Bless your burning petals,
and all the things they stand for.
We're all breathing dust.
We're all but floating now.
Passing through a ray of weeping sunlight,
cast aside to the fray of turning winds.

The Mission
Seems to me, we're all stuck in a human prison--
Slaves to duality.
Is this heaven or is this hell that we live in?
Seems to be, the harder I look the less I can trust in my vision.
Now it seems I see,
Nothing but a haze, in which all things are hidden,
And to walk in that haze, is to walk unforgiven.
See, we're all missionaries from birth,
But I feel like we're lost on our mission.
Got so caught up in life, that we forgot about livin'.
How many times have you felt the night air on your skin?
How many times have you...

Hold Fast
Slip down
In warm dark places
Whispered names
To long forgotten faces
Colours of my mind
Work to fill in the spaces
Hold tight and hold fast
As this rapture holds me in stasis
Hold tight and hold fast
As this night becomes past
Retrieving our passions, we pave over disgraces
Turn to the ocean
And its waves to replace this
Feeling of division with the calm of oasis
Becoming the ocean, we are the balm for this aching
We are the white horses
On these waves as they're breaking
We are the broken
And we...

Tonight (Lilies)
Tonight we'll sleep with lilies,
and dressour ears in pearls.
We'll lie beneath the boughs,
and softly visit different worlds.
A flash of flesh.
A fleeting breath,
now wipe the dew from out your curls.
Tonight we'll walk the shores,
and leave our clothes up on the land.
Tonight we'll meet the ocean,
and get washed away like sand.
Such a sweet and gentle mistress--
this rocking of the waves.
Hold me close now mistress,
I can feel it in my veins.
Tonight is ours to wander,
the sidestreets...
and dressour ears in pearls.
We'll lie beneath the boughs,
and softly visit different worlds.
A flash of flesh.
A fleeting breath,
now wipe the dew from out your curls.
Tonight we'll walk the shores,
and leave our clothes up on the land.

Darkness/Well
Darkness.
Warm, warm darkness fills the hall,
and quiet comfort paints the walls.
Unseen corners creak and hum,
waves collide and come undone.
On this side a subtle flash
winks and mocks the sickly, old past.
Now,
the past is stirred in its deep, dark hall,
but the hall was too dark and too deep after all.
And so we just passed, and passed, and passed our pasts,
until our dirty hands were clean at last.
So,
with our clean and painted fingers
we'll pick up the bells of the doomsday ringers
and we'll dance, dance, dance as we unscrew...
Warm, warm darkness fills the hall,
and quiet comfort paints the walls.
Unseen corners creak and hum,
waves collide and come undone.
On this side a subtle flash
winks and mocks the sickly, old past.
Now,

and we'll dance, dance, dance as we unscrew...
