dusty love
Did it all dissipate?
Like the hairs falling from our heads?
Did it get old?
...or stress you out?
Bundled up in a corner,
mixed with the unwanteds...
waiting to be swept underneath a rug;
long forgotten until your cleanse.
Where the bunny reminds you of our story..
Bag it! - it was trash anyways.
Sent off for the others to discover:
digging
digging for something good
---- something we had.
Or so they thought. ...

death of demons
4 months...Oh for months
Modesty wasn't their conservative:
Hide hide during the day,
The sun then falls, and they all come out to play.
Shy.. Slender with a heart so tender;
Feeling kind of sly, ending with a lie.
Blush to a crush, heart's so lush.
Eyes, those gorgeous devious eyes,
winds whispering for my lips to hush.
Sweet vanity, show me sanity..
4 months.. Oh for months;
Losing all we had known, moving like this broken bone.

awareness
the darkness surrounds as shadows come to play.
not a word to say -
for all the fear...
emptied my brain,
no water in for the veins. suffocating,
relocating:
all over the bed.
trembling beneath the cold,
only a blanket to hold.
hidden from the light.. away.. demons reaching just might.
telling me where I belong;
it's just a sad sad song

fathomed
Tears hold possession;
not quite of you, yet feelings within.
So salty & so sweet, tasting every drop. Craving for more.
To let go of my sins, forgive me so:
jealousy.
For you are not mine and I am not yours.
Teach me to feel like you, O mentor.

unspoken truth
The words, I know,
that you are dying to hear.
--the ones that stop,
time to time, here and there.
A single glance from you,
leaves me tongue-tied,
but always keeps me smiling

speeding nights
unspoken words
fly within my mind
- however, whenever.
could it all be ever so?
nights awaken, speeding through
smoke, inhale-exhale.
only of what addicts us
-- attraction; the souls
weakening the sleep,
just to spend some time;
strums playing with your voice
---- infatuation.
yet seeing beyond
the comers & goers
for we are our own;
lost within the eyes
of lonely lovers.
fly within my mind
- however, whenever.
could it all be ever so?

Trembling, trying to calm
tongue - unknowing,
what to say next..
Shivers run up the spine
awaiting an opportunity
to be more for the two;
not just my well being.
Both lost within the lines
painted on the roads
aimlessly, no destination,
but to fall into your arms.
No need for both to leave
when we've just begun.
I'll hold down a fort of love
as you depart on
international waters:
living your dream,
closing my eyes just to see you.
Picturing us where we never stood --
except on the curb, finding each other.

ultraviolet
she was lifted to escape the outside world
few feet above his head, turning and balancing her
horrid incomplete thoughts leaving
inhale, exhale the surrounding love
sip down 3 times, feel the heat
nutrients racing underneath her skin
she feels relief, such cleansing
patiently awaiting further freedom
sinking, growing comfortably on a pillow
7 am sun dances over the horizon
earth telling her it's time to go
she steps outside wearing a halo
sensing such glory, shines right off of her
in the streets she stuffs it in...
few feet above his head, turning and balancing her

desert-ed love
i've disappeared to the distance
in your voice
carrying old words into an argument
that stubborn mind, much like an ass'
riding through the lands, searching for what's been lost
little girl, dry those tears before the rainbow comes
these hot days, drought out the water
leaving emptiness
never the warmth of the lover's arms
that once pushed me out
sweating alcohol to find pools of sorrow
blood is all i have - spilling would do no justice
dying within the heat of this void
