A Single Simple Seed
Schleeman followed Homer: found the citadel of Troy.
Carter held a hunch: found a king that was a boy.
Orv and WIlber double U: felt that man could fly.
Patient perseverance: paid off by and by.
Great wall built by hand: and still stands on the land.
Monuments to faith: believing it will be.
Chris put in the effort: to sail the unknown sea.
If we but take to heart: these tested true tales told.
Acknowledging the wisdom: of bygone days of old.
We will come to know: sow a single simple seed and
