Good morning my friends
,for a Monday.
I'm ok today.
Lets try our best
,to make it a fun day.
Another gift, another day.
Do not worry about tomorrow
,or the rest.
Just for today, is the test.
Gods good grace
,will see us through.
If we just let him do.
So take some time
,relax, breathe.
Enjoy this rhyme.

Monday work wah! My mind meanders. Why? Want money.
In at five to be out by two, eight and a half’s enough.
I’m all caught up, nothing to do. I’d rather be busy, talking to you.
Keeping you sane, sober and strong, free of the crack that’s held you so long.
Working the steps, dancing like fools, two steps forward, using the tools.
One step backward, that’s ok, moving ahead, the AA way.
Make the decision, give it to God, move your bod, trudge, plod.
Look at yourself, are you greedy and vain? What would you give, to be free of the pain?
The bondage...

Pretty Yellow Flowers
Chop pop chop pop
The dandelions die or do they why
We mow em off just cut off their heads
Like Marie and Lois but are they dead
Character flaws coming up short
Not letting go of things I can't change
Living in yesterdays ick
Planning tomorrows today
Not being right here right now
These are the things that keep me sick
My muddled messed morass of a mind
Makes me mope and think of dope
Yet I know I can't and with help I shant
I'll just dig deeper get at the root
Say scuts fuck you to a drink or a hoot
I am now willing to give it away...

Sadarta sat Neath the bodie tree.
Forty one days sat there he.
Contemplating mystery.
What does it take to be free,
of all the worlds insanity?
The misery, pain and the poverty.
To just be, exist in the,
accept what is, and what will be.
All I can do is be part of we.
As these thoughts came to he,
his spirit was lifted, he flew free.
Then he taught that harmony
was the only path for you and me,
if we would escape insanity.
Holy gosh and golly gee,
my eyes have opened and I now see.
God does live, he's...

Only Once Upon A Time
Only Once Upon A Time
Alone. Alone. I feel so all alone.
Bereft of bread, just skin and bone.
Constant confusion haunting me.
Deepening depression engulfing me.
Eventually I’ll exit this state of mind,
Friend an ear, if you would be so kind.
God please hear what I have to say
Help me help me through just this day.
I pen this poem wrong or write,
Just to bring a little light.
Kindly keep from me death premature
Let me love, live, endure.
Many miles have my feet trod
Never needing no one’s nod.
Only once upon a time,
