don't forget
when
some day
the fire's burnt out
the ashes got cold
then
we shouldn't forget
what we once
felt for each other
some day
the fire's burnt out
the ashes got cold
then
we shouldn't forget
what we once
felt for each other

when....
When cupping your face
I see natural beauty
when reading your thoughts
I see intellectual strength
when touching your soul
it tastes like chocolate bitter-sweet
when listening to your heart
what do I hear?

Shall I compare thee...
The tree below my window
with a crown full of colours
reminds me of you
Summer's green, first gold of autumn, and flaming red
tell stories of pride, change, and fiery character
to those willing to listen
But within short
the tree will strip naked
trusting in a new spring to come.
Will you do alike?
with a crown full of colours
reminds me of you
Summer's green, first gold of autumn, and flaming red
tell stories of pride, change, and fiery character
to those willing to listen
But within short
the tree will strip naked
trusting in a new spring to come.
Will you do alike?

Worry
Tears you've shed,
worry you've had
about me
speak volumes -
listen to them
and forgive me,
Marie.
worry you've had
about me
speak volumes -
listen to them
and forgive me,
Marie.

Dangling
Like a pendulum
dangling from dungeon's ceiling -
ready to get shaved?

Decision
Kierkegaard said:
"Life can only be understood backwards;
but it must be lived forwards."
So, should we turn?

white sand
and the deep blue sea
you look beautiful today
swimming and
waving to me
a glistening
teardrop

A researcher from SETI project
once met this enchanting Miss Perfect
his efforts were not in vain
the antenna reported a pain
a week after making contact

Touch me
Long ago,
you sent
a few lines
that touched
my mind.
Later,
your smile
has deeply touched
my heart.
Just now,
lying side by side
you
touch me.
I'm sure,
one day
you'll touch
my soul,
Marie!
you sent
a few lines
that touched
my mind.
Later,
your smile
has deeply touched
my heart.
Just now,
lying side by side
you
touch me.
I'm sure,
one day
you'll touch
my soul,
Marie!

Soot
My ancestor sat down at night,
lit up a candle,
and wrote
a letter
to his beloved one-
too late, for she'd been taken
to become a sprig
of your own family tree-
while the candle sent its soot
up to the starry skies...
Centuries later
you sit down today behind your telescope,
watching the infrared signature
of that football-shaped molecule,
so well known from lampblack,
now found in a star's atmosphere -
hundreds of light years away...
sending this message from the past.
When I light up again
this candle,...

and wrote
a letter
to his beloved one-

to become a sprig
of your own family tree-
while the candle sent its soot
up to the starry skies...
