Dear Future Me
Dear Future Me,
Don't be stupid. Don't live in the moment thinking this is it, this is how it will be for good. Know that there is so much more, and so much better. Be strong. Be strong because, well... You know how past me was so don't go back down that road. Be educated. Make sure you get the education you say you're going to get. Don't hesitate too long.... regretting what I did things will never be the same

I Work Hard
I work hard for myself
'cause thats all I have in then end
When the lights get low I like to vent
practicing my driving skills in the bed
I do everything for myself
'cause no one was willing to offer no help
they say 'Closed mouths don't get fed'
so don't open up when I'm breakin' bread
I know there ain't nobody thinking about me

I handle business as you can see

In His Arms...
If I can't see him
then I'm too far away
Don't wanna let my imagination
take the best of me
but he has the best of me when I lay in his arms,
I push myself away sometimes so he doesn't get the rest of me,
can't let him take my identity
But maybe it could be too late
I feel safe in his arms
so warm when I embrace
lay my head on his chest
as my mind dances
to the beat
of his heart
Nothing can tear us apart
when I'm in his arms
then I'm too far away

I wouldn't be surprised
if he couldn't look me in my eyes

It kills me everyday to see your face

Does Love Really Hurt?
Everyone says that love hurts
but losing someone you love hurts,
and I'm speaking in literal terms.
Isn't "love" suppose to make you happy?
but nowadays "love" abandons us,
nowadays "love" "happens" just as fast as it leaves
just like these girls and these fakes smiles
and these guys with these fake feelings
nowadays Love is being abused in every way
and our innocent are the victims who feel that pain
That pain of passion running through our veins
when you weep at night
that sharp pain in your throat ...
