Win or Lose
You are perfect the way you are
Perfect? Are you joking?
You can never be below the bar
You are simply too broken
You are strong
You are nothing but weak
Let all of your worries be gone
With all of your insecurities, your world is forever bleak
You should stay
What do you truly have to live for?
Keep Death far away
Why don't you just slam Life's door?
One day I will win
One day you will lose
You will see everything life has to bring
Because knock-knock guess who
Perfect? Are you joking?
You can never be below the bar

Piece By Piece
How can I hold together
When I keep losing pieces of me?
Are they lost forever?
Who shall I be?
Piece by piece they go missing
Forever left alone
With no one listening
Stuck in the wind, always blowing
What is left over
Is close to worthless
Pieces that are left, only hover
Over a body that has become heartless
Piece by piece I am giving up
Protecting the few pieces of my heart
Terrified of another break up
Will cause my heart to rot
Staying together is slowly becoming harder
Every day I let a little bit...

Thoughts
Hold on they say
It will get better one day
They don’t know anything
Because I don’t tell everything
I keep hidden my deepest thoughts
Taking everything to heart
The pain that is becoming unbearable
The thoughts that are uncontrollable
Thoughts plagued with insecurities
Feeling all of my impurities
Thoughts causing emotions and pain to become one and the same
Just keep thinking who really gives a damn
No one knows the true hurt
That is at work
No one quite understands
Why I am in a trance
...

Second Chance
I don't understand
I thought we would stand hand in hand
I thought you changed
Instead you took the old game and rearranged
You made me believe in you
You made me want you
You made me love you
You made me believe in forever with you
I gave you a second chance despite my fears
Now I am laying here in tears
I gave us another try
Now the tears won't dry
I am now in pain
I am now feeling smaller than a piece of grain
I am now broken
I am now heartbroken

Fear
Fear holds me still
Fear is unwilling to let me go
Fear has me and will never let go
You do not see
You do not see the fear that hides in me
I know that if you knew
You would want to know

Four Rocks and A Flower
Four rocks and a flower
Four rocks afloat
A flower sink with no boat
Four rocks no longer there
A flower start to go bare
A flower weak and worn
And her few petals torn
Four rocks hold strong
Four rocks are gone
Four rocks and a flower
A flower hides in a tower
Four rocks fly high
Four rocks die
A flower prays to a cross
