My darkness
My demons
My fears

Poking
Prodding
Tearing me down
Year after f%$&king year

Roaming this world
Just me and the demons
Without a place to call home

Here
There
Everywhere
My demons and me alone

Until one day
I met an angel
Behind a tall stone wall

Hiding
Guarded
Even scared
Until the bricks started to fall

As trust grew
And the last brick fell
She finally let me see
