Deadly Silence!
In jeopardy,
Wishing for telepathy
Use your words, rookie
I am not Sookie.
You got to use your words!
All I see is your actions,
Hot then cold, no traction.
I am sick of reading,
Between the lines,
Deciphering, all the time!
Damn your arms look good,
And I want them around me
But I don't know if I should,
So tell me, make a sound, gee!
You got to use your words!

DARK POEM

Circus of Life
Step right up, step right up!
The ring master calls,
Terrifying beast inside!
This caged animal is horrific,
No tiger, no lion, a predator deadlier
I watch in awe, as it begins its tricks
A show stopper, manipulating meddler
Struggling, the juggler’s juggling
But I only have eyes for the beast
A magnificent creature with wings
Awe inspiring, a teacher, of all things
Under a spell I reach up gently
To the cage, to the lock, intently
Then I saw the beast’s teeth,
And his eyes that cause only grief
I shrink away,...

Stretched for Cash
font=Times New Roman]Sticks and stones can break me
But your words fall on deaf ears
Feel it in your bones can you see
In these eyes your lies will never cause tears
Today my minds set on tomorrow
Tell myself I don’t feel the sorrow
And day after day comes around
Now a days I hear music and its just a sound
You get so caught up in your life
Don’t know to stay or go so I roll the dice
I’m careless yet so cautious
Not to feel the hurt that I knows there
The hurt everyone has in deep
Whether you know its there
Or you just don’t care...
But your words fall on deaf ears
Feel it in your bones can you see
In these eyes your lies will never cause tears

Always Misunderstood
Mysterious world,
Who would have known thy vow?
Delirious girl,
You should have grown by now
Is a democracy, now a monstrosity?
This test; escape the nest
I should have guessed the disapproval
For I will always have best, the truth immovable
Do I hide my talent before lesser beings?
Abide by valiant decorum, blessed dreams?
I will never break my stride
I will always undo a knot tied
Your mercy belongs to a later victor
For I see beyond, to a greater picture…
