to confess to me
about those certain cravings

hid some of their questionable desires
in the silence of the imaginative mind
Reserved for those moments alone

Amusement Of Mind
There is no rush, my love
we've defied time and space
more than a few times
sometimes lost
and then found
in a sweet rhyme
And oh, how we've inspired
the amusements of mind
pushing in,
pulling out
pleasures spilled
on the rewind
I've been a problem to myself
always a creature of doubt
instead of enjoying
what is offered
to provide a smile
not a pout
I don't take it lightly,
but I know I must chill
and plunge myself
in the stamina
