This world is mad,
bubbling with insanity
just below the surface.
And with orb-like drops of oil,
swimming with the tasty snakes.
How that very oil lubricates
and saturates the mess we are in.
Bombs fall like curry powder,
staining the sand a muted rust.
Temperatures climbing, boiling waters,
aggressions stirring, rolling heads.
The heat softens the noodles,
but hardens the core of a man.
Circling the center of brutality,
like humanity crawling down the drain.
