My lights went blank the day you walked away
I could feel the change slowly creeping and take its hold
My world came crashing down all around me that day
I felt all the sweet caring parts and all the warmth turn to cold

Here I go again how did I get here
One day I was so happy and black the next
What do I do how do I get out
When will I ever see the light
As I set here in the dark with nothing but my own thoughts
I've come to realize that I'm truly all alone
No one really cares about whats really going on
They only pretend so they feel better about themselves
So I walk through this life all on my own

This feeling of despair and loneliness, how did I get here I can't see the light, everyone says oh that's just a bunch of foolishness, but no one seems to know the demon's I fight.
Try to put on a fake smile when I'm really dying inside, the demon's have shown their faces again, they taunt me daring me to find a place to hide, they are forever with me hiding deep within.
Constantly living life from day to day, people all around me but feeling as if I'm on this earth all alone, forever thinking I'm always in the way, living life...
