Do you even think about me?
Do I matter to you at all?
Or am I just a broken memory
On the other side of the wall?
A wall which is nothing to me
A wall which I always look past
A wall which takes the hope of others
A wall that seems so vast
And yet it seems so paper thin
So tiny, weak and dead
So how does this futile barricade
Trap loved ones in their heads?

is this what we live for?
the total loss of hope
and floods of disappointment
that's there to let you know
that you're not worth the space
you're not worth their time
you're not worth their effort
and it feels like a crime
to think these crazy things
that you would do for them
but its not a possibility
as we are nothing more than men.

and nothing hurts us more
than seeing our loved ones fade
and there's nothing you can do
but try and find a way
to get over all this pain
and start again from scratch ...

It's nice to know it helped
However long it lasted
It may have took me longer
To try and move past it
Did anything really happen?
Or was it all a lie?
Once I find the truth
I'll do my best not to cry

It was worthless to you
It's useless to me
It never worked anyway
Though I payed the fee
I try and try again
But it never works out
And I'm always reminded
When you open your mouth
Was it all really worth it?
Was it all for the pain?
Was it just to kill the time?
On this wreck of a train

He who has once faced death
His cries shall never be heard
But to be a worthy survivor
He was only his country's third

For a man who faced this terror
You would think he won't go back
But when the second chance arrose
He got up off his back

He felt his luck now slipping away
It wouldnt happen again
He knew his time was up
He was catching that new white train

This train was filled with flowers
Poppies to be exact
To make sure he remembers
His terrible, taunting acts

As each poppy gets picked
A lonely soul...
