Why do we do this to ourselves?

Is it an undying love for eachother?

Or an obligation?

Is it thinking we will find no other?

Or a fearful hesitation?

Words are said like, "I'll face all dangers, in any nation."

Hurtful words are said in anger and frustration.

We always relapse and swear a vow of dedication.

Then make the other's heart collapse, to the need of respiration.

I'm brought back to life by that same infatuation.

Then without an explanation.
