A Letter From Your Stable Self
I’m writing this
to remember
the time I’m in
right now
I don’t have
anxiety
or
a panic attack
because the world
isn’t
an evil place
and neither are
the people
in it
I’m not
worried
about the
rest of my life
because
what matters is
now
If I gain
weight
I can
lose it
again
If life
shows its
ugliest face

reach out
for help

a friend

Bless The Cracks
let’s raise our glasses
for
rejected love
bad memories
and the failures
from years ago
if not for them
we wouldn’t know
how to fix
the cracks
how to drag
one foot
in front of
the other
while our legs
hurt
like hell
and cherish
everything
that helped us
along
the way
bless
the bad luck

cause we learned
how to
walk
for
