I am trapped inside my broken mind.
I swear that humanity is gone.
That one thing I've been trying to find,
Its been here all along.
I never bid the voice so kind.
It guides me through the dark.

These are the things I love most.
What I don't want to miss.
The way you hold me close.
The way you kiss my lips.
The way you hold my hand.
The way you whisper in my ear.
How you tell me you love me.
You don't care who hears.
The way that you stare at me,
When I'm looking away.
How you tell me I'm beautiful,
Each and every day.

The time is drawing near,
I do know it's coming.
I really have no fear.
This feeling is so numbing.
Promise you won't be hurting,
While you are humming,
Humming my lullaby...
Promise you wont cry,
For the very last time.

I feel so alone,
Down here in this catacomb.
Dead souls screaming,
Bodies bleeding.
Stitched together,
Bound forever.
Some are crying,
While they're dying.
I guess I'll call this is my new home,

Eternal Sleep.
I'm so tired of all the crying, yelling and fights.
Not one single moment of peace.
Maybe tonight I'll take my life,
And go into eternal sleep.
I'll rest with shades of pink and blue,
Not a tear will be shed.
Please know I'll think of you,
Even though I'm dead.
No more pain, suffering or agony,
But the feeling of pure bliss.
Promise that you'll think of me,
Promise I'll be missed.
Death's hands are on my throat,
Wound tightly around my neck.
I hope to god I quickly go.
Please don't let this last.

Reality Of A Nightmare...
Screaming, I awake again from sleep.
Realizing it was only just a dream.
One that my mind will always keep.
Things aren't always what they seem.
Sweat and tears run down my face,
From the disturbing reunion just moments before.
Breathing is at a fast pace,
I can't take this anymore...
Flopping backwards on the bed,
Struggling not to cry.
I think I've had this dream before,

The Girl.
You've stolen innocence from a mere girl.
You've fucked up her life and ruined her world.
What a demented man you are,
Having no emotions while causing her pain.
When she looks in the mirror,
What's seen is shame.
She pushes the blade into her arm,
Trying to make it go away.
She loves to cause herself harm,
Because she still thinks of it 'til this day.
She feels so dirty,
She feels so bad.
She wants the innocence,
That she once had.
She goes to her room,
And hopes to die.
Swallows pills,

We're only human.
We make mistakes.
Some can't be fixed,
Whenever they break.
Some can only handle so much.
Some take so little to set them off.
Some are found,
But most are lost.
Most are weak.
Some are strong.
In real life,
We don't last long.
