So Speak
I have nothing left
There is no one here
The future is bleak
So speak.
My eyes catch a shadow
Widening as I see you
Hiding away to take a peek
So speak.
My throat is dried up
My voice murdered
Assassinated at its peak
So speak.
I call to you
With just my hands
You scuffle to me, meek
So speak.
I'm all alone and need you
Come here, little birdie
Open that little beak
So speak.
There is no one here

Hotel Ghost
It's an average Monday
On a day bright and clear
In an crowded hotel lobby
Unaware of the unseen tear.
I analyze everyone there
I take in all their smells
But none are like me
A trapped soul in an empty shell.
Surrounded and so lonely
How the hell can this be?
Doesn't anyone notice?
Why can't they see me?
My friends beside me
Go on with their talking
I lose track of time
Just aimlessly walking.
It's an average Monday
On a night dark and clear
In the ruins of an old hotel
But... I'm still here.
On a day bright and clear

A Man of Temptation
In my mind, my safe haven
It happened one night
I dreamed something sinful
A body too bright.
I gawked and gaped
I twisted and turned
He was touching my skin
And making me burn.
I woke with a start
My room was so cold
But he was still there
So I sold my soul.
I didn't know this demon
That leapt from my dreams
He teased my body
And silenced my screams.
I begged and pleaded
He offered a smile
A promise that this
Would go on for a while.
I was tortured, tormented
In a wonderful way...
It happened one night

Razors and Bandages
The pain makes my body shiver
My breath tears out of my throat
The agony gets worse and worse
But I'll still put on my Captain's coat.
It's the other me, the hidden one
It rips apart, torments, ravages
There's a way to push it back
All I need is razors and bandages.
But there is no other me, just myself
So I only have myself to blame
I keep trying, hoping so hard
But in the end it's all the same.
My body's too weak to hold the pain in
There's no other way, this won't change
I have to spill my blood right now
Don't you...

The One with the Green Eyes
Pale white clouds float
As soft pinks turn to light blue
And light blue turns to flawless grey
All the while I'm holding you.
Such a pretty messy mix
I can't tell which colour's winning
All I see is the green of your eyes
And the sky behind you split by lightning.
You don't flinch for cold rain on skin
You never flinch for anything
They fall like little icy daggers on us
But still I can't guess what I'm feeling.
Your breath feels like a wisp of wind
I must think you're a creature of legend and lore
I try to wonder what you...

Death
She walks in eerie calm
She walks through mortal hearts
Always watching, always waiting
To see which soul departs.
Who is she?
This vision in black
She is strange, inhumanly so
For those who see her don't come back.
Who is this woman?
With hair so dark and flesh so white
She brings such fear and joy
This mistress of the night.
She gazes in my eyes
Eyes that no longer see
"Follow me, oh bravest one."
She playfully beckoned me.
So follow her I did
While she swept us away
I grinned in silent joy...

Destructive Heart
I saw it in your eyes
Heard the pain in your sigh
My lonely shadows
Felt your kiss goodbye.
Oh tendrils of dark demons
I can't hold them back

Blind
Kissing the fallen tears
That's what the storm is
How long have I been here?
How long have I been His?
Sands of time disintegrate,
As broken memories take flight,
Cutting into my blackened heart,
Where love had blinded my sight.
I believed in You because...
Because I was in love with a dream
You couldn't feel my devotion
And I couldn't hear myself scream.
Echoed in those desolate halls,
Were protests and confessions alike,
Which were yours and which were mine,
Didn't matter as they both lead to a fight.
Twist...
