Toxicity
I left the toxicity awhile back
I still suffer with PTSD fallout
Her chiselling ways wore
many garments, make for
unwanted heavy dreams
Even in defeat I gave her reason
to blame
It's what some of us do
She'd think of me as that
Children to grandchildren likewise
handed down
struck off the family photo tree
He we dont talk about..
He was a troubled man
Dont go being like him..
Though..
Was I really part of
Would I have been missed earlier ...

I love how her thoughts

I'd stand my ground
placed feet in manly stance
steadying my footing
Then she'd go off on her
