A Life of Lies
A tragic event is all it takes.
To turn brightness into a darland waste.
A painted smile lies on her face,
But no one knows how hard it is to make.
The painted smile speaks only lies.
To the world, this is her disguise.
They believe she's happy with her life,
But the truth lies within her mind.
In her journal, her secrets are revealed,
All of the times she had skipped meals,
Everytime she thought she had healed
Only to find out it wasn't that big of a deal.
When she is all alone,
She becomes a drone
To her,...

Soulless
An enemy awaits in the shadows,
The shadows of an innocent girl's mind.
He waits there and tears her apart,
So much, that she wants to break down and cry.
He watches her fall apart,
And uses that against her will;
When she's feeling terrible,
That's when he goes in for the kill.
He causes her to overthink
Everything that she does,
And overthinking caused her
To destroy everything that ever was.
She wants to start over now,
But little does she know.
The enemy inside of her head
Refuses to let her mind go....

It trickles down in crimson regret
Down its thigh and arm
Just one more bead of red
It's taking away the things that cause harm.
A silver blade glides over the canvas,
Cutting it,
Tearing it,
Causing it to bleed with every deep slit.
Just one more it shrieks
One more to free what it hides,
One more to unlock the shackles
The shackles of its mind.
More beads of crimson trickle into the pool
The pool of its insecurities and deepest fears
Its secrets and regrets,
It will be mixed with pain and despair...

Can I kiss your scars?
Even the ones on your thighs,
Or you don't want me to?
Okay, well look in my eyes.
Please stop harming yourself.
It's not worth the time.
I know you're depressed
Because you feel your life is a lie.
But stop for a moment
A sit that razor aside.
It's not your best friend,
It's caging you from the inside.
It's an addiction,
Believe me I know.
I've been there before.
But I have let that go.
It was not easy,
Oh no.
You say you want to die.
Just believe me,
It's all a lie. ...

The Perfect Crime.
C'mon baby
Just you and I.
Lets hide away together,
And commit the perfect crime.
I can steal your heart,
And you can steal mine.
Live our lives in love,
With our lives so divine.
We can live far away,
Or somewhere nearby.
We can live there
For such a long time,
And have so much fun.
We can call it the time of our lives.
Just think about it,
It isn't that bad.
Everyone thinks a life of crime
Is a life that is so sad.
But me and you together

The Cowardly Twist
A young boy,
Maybe thirteen years old.
Walks down the street
And he gets told,
"You're an ugly child.
Why are you walking around?
What in God's name created you?
Go home before you get shot down."
He went home and told his mommy;
His mommy said don't worry about it.
They were just stupid people.
They didn't mean it.
The next day
He was walking around
Just to his grandmothers.
And he had fallen down.
He turned onto his back
Just to get up
And he was hit in the face
With a glass...
