Poet Introduction
I write mainly Emotionally Dark Poetry
In a Lonely Room
Sitting in her empty room she took another long drink from the bottle of whisky
She knew drinking alone for her was quit risky
But she was far beyond caring, far beyond giving a damn
She thinks back on her life, she could see it was all a sham
No one looking in could see
Her life lay among the debris
Of what should of been but as time had showed would never be
Pure agony in diffrent degrees
She looks around her room in the closest hung her clothes
Most of them for work, thats the only place she goes
The stereo on a table
The music is her escape...

Autumn's Last Sunset
She sits alone contemplating her place within this universe
She thought about her live in reverse
Trying to figure out how she had got to this place
Sitting on the bridge, legs dangling into space
She stares into the crystal clear water
In her mind there would never be any imprimatur
She is in conflict of what to do
She slowly kicks off one shoe
To count how long it takes to splash down
If the concrete like water didn't kill her, would she drown
She looked out across the river to watch her last sunset
Thinking of a tragic...

Emotional Vampire (Frontwards Backwards Poem)
She's an emotional vampire
She'll suck out what she desires
She preys on the lonely
Making them think they are her one and only
She lives off their emotion
Love or hate, just as long as it's commotion
She thrives on the drama
Leaving behind only trauma
She'll take you down slow
You won't even know
Till she releases her hold
Leaving behind only holes
Where she's sucked out your soul
She's an emotional vampire
She'll burn you like Hell's fire
She's quite the enchanter
Her whole life is a banter
It's only the...

The Have Nots
The Rich, they sure have an awful lot
They get it from the people that Have Not
The Rich, work a little then goes and plays
While the Have Nots, slave away all of their days
The Rich spend lots of money on all of their big toys
But paying the bills is what Have Nots sure enjoys
The Rich goes to restaurants and have extravagant meals
The Have Nots feel lucky if their bellies get filled
The trickle down theory doesn't work, we should stop
Because all of the water just stays at the top
They get it from the people that Have Not

Hate vs Hate
Can you feel the hate
It's storming our gates
Picking up a gun is easier to do
Than seeing another's point of view
A rational mind
Is getting harder to find
Hate is everywhere we look
Can't you see what all it's took
Our children are afraid to go to school
Where hatred is now the Golden rule
Bullied and battered
Kid's pick up guns and make things splatter
No where is safe, not the movies, night clubs, or malls
We are left with the consequences, and do nothing more than bawl
People are trying to fight hate with hate...

Carnival of Freaks
Welcome to her house of many bones
Step into one of life's great unknowns
With broken dreams and shattered heart
In this carnival of freaks she is apart
For the price of a ticket you can see
All the horror, and agony there could ever be
All we ask is to put down your stones
On the left is a kingless throne
No love was ever ment to stay
I don't know why, it's just that way
On your left is the dreams that's died
Where want and reality did collide
In the next room you will find
All the demons that are in her mind
Young man,...

Alpha Female
When the moon comes full circle
The change rips through me like a power circuit
It starts in my toes
Far away from my heel they grow
My knees now bend backward
My bones all feel fractured
Still on two feet I stand
As I go out and survey my land
There is a hunger inside me that stirs
And my blood lust all will incur
As I run swiftly through the woods
To meet my pack, my hood
I am the alpha female the leader of this brood
In the bright moonlight we go in pursue of food
We stalk the campers in their tents

Spikes My Vein
She whispers to me in the dead of night
I scream for her in the bright daylight
She's my sweetest siren, she sings a fatal song
Such a rush, falling headlong
In her embrace nothing can go wrong
With her venom, I feel I belong
With a single fang
She spikes my vein
A sudden rush
The quiet hush
A body sigh
Touching the sky
Nodding out
No voice to shout
Wonderful phenomenon
Worries gone
She whispers to me in the dead of night
I scream for her in the morning light
Responsibility she slays
Chases memories...

Southern Illinois Magic
I live in a land
Where slowly time stands
The days are extending
They seem never ending
And our sweltering summer's
Are hot than mothers
But we don't give a fuck
We just drive our old truck
Down to the old swimming hole
Or grab the faithful fishing pole
We sip on some beer
Or liquid that's clear
We have fun with family and friends
And when the day is at an end
We look to the west
Where the view is the best
We watch over fields that smell sweet
From the soybeans, corn, and wheat
For the sun touches the...

That Old Guitar
Do you remember that old guitar that I use to play and strum
As you would set and listen, watch and hum
I found it just the other day, where it was put away
I could do no more than stare at where it lay
Time had warped it's shape a bit
All the strings where snaped and bent
Never again music would it make
Inside I felt again my heart break
I remember when it was bright and new
Of course I thought of you
How you danced, your hips and feet so smoothly flowed
While quickly over the cords my fingers would go
I would...

My Affliction
There's a typhoon a monsoon
Of catastrophic misery, agony, and doom
The pain keeps raining down
In my sorrow I will surely drown
An ocean of emotion and I can't swim
My soul's light is growing dim
The sky just keeps bleeding
My tolerance it's exceeding
In this inky blackness I am sinking
My soul keeps on shrinking
From this psychalgia there is no exception
There is no redemption
In this anguish
Is where I'll languish
In this tribulation I will suffer
There is no hope I will ever recover
In this desolation I will moan and wail...
