Pain & Anger
I want to cut you down
I want to cut you down over and over
'Til the spilled rum equals the anger
And the pain is never made up for
With the blade in my possession
I will tatter your flesh
The color seeping to your vision
As the blood seeps from your skin
Maybe, just maybe with a bit of hope
And the power of a miracle
You'll understand exactly what I mean
When I look you in the deep blue eyes and say
"I'm hurt." \

Death By Dawn
The street's strung amuck
Blackness shrouds the sidewalk
The slow hearse makes its way through
Deep in its belly lies the fallen angel
With her pale blue eyes and decaying flesh
She's dressed in lace, her favorite
Her body is a beauty when they cover her scars
If only the teary-eyed watchmen had seen what that sorrowful coroner had witnessed
Blood spatters painted the once cerulean walls,
The bathwater no longer clear,
But a cloudy crimson mess
Discovered she was with her little pink book
To explain the tales of what lead to this
So...

Where's the King?
She stands, the Queen of Winter
Fire crawls through her veins
Chills overcome her & she shivers
Or is it rather that she's shaking from anger?
Frozen on the outside
Her soul is in flames
Ice tears cling to her cheeks
The sword lingers in her mind
Glass shatters from the vibrations
She beckons & it materializes
Diamonds blanket the ground
Ready to cut them all down
Yet still she stands
They'll learn their lesson this time
Snow's in her blood
Fuck them.
Frozen.
Die.
Fire crawls through her veins
Chills overcome her & she shivers
Or is it rather that she's shaking from anger?

Expressions From A Walk With Death
I walk on the path that is the night
Shrouded in the darkness
I am joined only by my brothers and sisters;
The many children of the underworld
Our eyes sparkle in the full moon light
But when rage creeps in,
They fill with fire and shine
Like rubies wrapped in gold
Resting upon the disdainful hand of an aristocrat
We tread on and on, my love
For we are the lost and broken souls of God
Deepening the wounds
And dementing the minds
Within the burning universe
And only when our mission turns to victory
The pearls will...

To Write All Anguish Purged From Before
The sky's tears strike against my pale skin
Why this pleasures me as it does, I suppose I'll never comprehend
As the rain washes over me onto the pavement
All my sadness falls with it
Purity is in my soul
For I have been cleansed
By the tears of God
Why this pleasures me as it does, I suppose I'll never comprehend
As the rain washes over me onto the pavement
All my sadness falls with it
Purity is in my soul
For I have been cleansed
By the tears of God

Holding Her Hand
She was just a girl who fell into the wrong life
Broken, beaten, and knocked down to size
Only trying to be herself
But then he dragged her into her hell
And through the days she withered away
Finding swell comfort in a different way
She’d rather be beautiful than stay alive
Rather be thin than able to survive
And though she brought it on herself, still I hold her hand
Her attempt to numb the pain only pulled her down
Deep in the bloody darkness, her only release was found
(No matter how many times he tried to violate her, she only blamed...

In the Dawn's Light
The violin of birds in my ears
Playing their songs gaily
A touch of warmth lays upon my shoulder
The sun's long fingers brush my tainted face
As I lay in a cradle of feathers,
A cradle of your embrace
Like a surprising rainbow,
I feel your lips meet mine in sweet harmony
Suddenly, I cannot grasp reality
No thoughts stay in line in my mind
All I focus on is you and your honeysuckle kiss<3

A touch of warmth lays upon my shoulder
The sun's long fingers brush my tainted face
As I lay in a cradle of feathers,

Lidocaine
Sometimes the numbness isn't so bad
Occasionally my life isn't so sad
I find it easier to stay medicated in my own
It's better in this barrier my heart has sewn
Because I feel no hurt, no pain
It's okay because...
No one knows I'm nothing...
Occasionally my life isn't so sad
I find it easier to stay medicated in my own
It's better in this barrier my heart has sewn
Because I feel no hurt, no pain
It's okay because...
No one knows I'm nothing...

Live, Love, Life
Yes, there are two paths you can go by
In the long run, we all die
Choose your road
Before you grow too old
Live your life free and wild
Never let go of your inner child
Be yourself, express yourself
Never. Hold. Back.
In the long run, we all die
Choose your road
Before you grow too old
Live your life free and wild
Never let go of your inner child
Be yourself, express yourself
Never. Hold. Back.

Bittersweet Memories of the Future
Watching, waiting from across the room
Wishing you were by my side, as you always are
This love, this life, is taking over
Tears no longer taste of sadness
But of the happiest taste of which
My tongue ever did touch
Sometimes I daydream about the day
When you'll come back to me
I am holding to small children
With ringlets of dark hair falling onto their shoulders
Tears are rolling down my cheeks
A moment I had waited for much too long
You approach me and I welcome you with a kiss
You take the smallest of the children from my arms and begin...
Wishing you were by my side, as you always are
This love, this life, is taking over
Tears no longer taste of sadness
But of the happiest taste of which
My tongue ever did touch
Sometimes I daydream about the day

Flying
Razor blades and floating dust
Powdered noses, bleeding veins
Cupped hands, filled with lust
It's coursing through me
It's taking over
This little white pill
My four leaf clover
"You'll be fine."
The words a lie
You don't know the half of it
But if I die, if I die
Tonight, will you hear me
When I say
"Told you so?"
On my last day
"We found traces of..."
Don't say a word
Don't tell them why
I just wanted to be a bird
Powdered noses, bleeding veins
Cupped hands, filled with lust
It's coursing through me
It's taking over
This little white pill
My four leaf clover
"You'll be fine."
The words a lie
You don't know the half of it

Drifting, Drifting Away
For E,
I remember that day
Yes, you know what I speak of
The morning you said you could take no more
The day you closed your heart's door
No longer having desire for life
No longer longing to exert strife
By all my knowledge, I thought you were dead
Thank God, you were only resting your head
But still the scars remain on your arms
Your wrist, your legs, still you harm
I cannot stop you, I cannot change
The way you are, your feeling of pain
I see you drifting, drifting away
Apart from the world, you stand alone
You and the scars...
