Hell Her New Home
Life flashing before her
As she falls to the floor
The windows to her soul
Painted over with gloom
Nothing but stillness
As silence befalls her
Deaths cold beady glare
Now her only real threat
As it seizes her last breath
All time ceasing to exist
In this new home she lay rest
Filled with screams of the damned
And the tears of the unheard
Subjected to everlasting distress
In this pit of rotting flesh
…Welcome to hell…

Candle Light
Candle light, flickering bright and strong
Dancing in the wake to its very own song
Bringing its’ light to those starless souls
An attraction so pure yet bold
An essence so powerful it sets fire to thy heart
So why did it all fall apart,
When did the candle light lose its glow
Now lifeless and somber
Laying to rest…

Sinful Desires
Careless whispers in the night
Keeping me awake, O what a fright
Come they say, Into the twilight skies
Taking my hand and leading me astray
To a place where we could play
Into an unknown place
Between time and space
Could it be I’m losing my sanity
While fighting to hold my morality
Deeper and deeper I fall into this endless spiral
Reaching for a purpose to pull me from this cycle
Yet this potent hunger prevails my willpower
So I let go as it plunders my soul
stripping me of any and all my control
Enveloping me in its vile...

Imprisoned by Insanity
She writhed violently in her grave
Eyes widened and dark with terror
Her lace gown clinging to her small frame
Dampened by glistening beads of sweat
Was this another venture in her mind
From the voices living in her head
Who beckoned her to this enclosed tomb
Instilling visions of doom and despair
Forming an illusion of her gliding towards the heavens
The sound of angels sweet harmonies drifting from afar
An oasis of beauteous splendor and tranquility
Just to have it ripped away, as she watches it all disintegrate before her
Vanishing into...

Moonless Night
If only you could see
What a mess you’ve made in me
All the scars within my heart
If only I had been smart
Yet here I stand in the dark
Where once you were my rock
At the ready to press reset
Cause I can’t live with this regret
Where once you were my stability
Now you’re the core of my hostility
So I hate to say farewell
For life without you I dwell
But a life like this is torture
So here I bring the closure.

Broken Heart
A piercing cold chill
Against my own will
Time ceasing to exist
What a silly twist
A heart once guarded by love
Now feeble and unmasked
drained of its color
washed up and duller
than a moonless night
no longer the victim of pain
for how can a heart that’s numb feel such agony
