Sorry, I have to leave you
I can't stay on this path
I have to change the road
Life goes on
Some things have to change
Nothing is completely black or white
If you want to take the good
You have to take the bad too
It hurts me so much
But I have to leave you
I can't tell you this because you wouldn't understand
Please believe me I still love you
I have to hope you won't believe I've abandoned you
Cause I never could
Cause I still love you
I hope you can cope
I hope your life can go on
Without too much rain ...
I have to change the road

Pause Life
Overwhelmed. Exhausted. Limp. Burnt out. Been thinking too much. Head will explode soon. Too much, too much.
I need a break
I want to stop living
At least for a day
Or a moment
I want to pause life
At least for a day
Or a moment
I don't want to sleep
It takes too long to fall asleep
And afterwards I'm even more tired than before
And I don't want my dreams to reflect my loneliness
I just need to get out of this all
At least for a moment
But then it just starts all over again and again... ...
I need a break
I want to stop living
At least for a day
Or a moment
I want to pause life
At least for a day
Or a moment
I don't want to sleep
It takes too long to fall asleep
And afterwards I'm even more tired than before

My bright colour is fading
I lose my inner beauty,
My leaves are falling down
I lose my inner power
I wither away
Once the blossoms were shining bright
Full of beauty, full of power
Now they are laying on the ground
Lost all beauty, lost all power

I need light
To regain my beauty,
I need water
To regain my power
I wither away...

Bathing in the ocean of darkness
Once I just saw the beauty in melancholy
Now Im drawn to despair obsessively
Im bathing in the ocean of darkness
It's dangerous
Cause soon I may drown
The darkness overshadows the light
Until it's gone completely
The ocean floods my mind
Until the last ship of happiness has been taken away by the darkest of waves
I need to shield the dark waves
I need to find the light
But the darkness controls me
One side of me doesn't want the light
It wants to bathe in the ocean of darkness,
The sea of sorrow, ...
Now Im drawn to despair obsessively
Im bathing in the ocean of darkness

New age of bellicosity
Wars all around the world
It's always the same
But now everyone wants more weapons
They believe the propaganda
"More weapons mean more security"
The opposite is true
This madness won't stop if we continue walking this path
It might just get worse
The only ones benifitting are weapon industries
There are no winners
At least not among citizens
Everyone looks to Ukraine and Russia
But when turkey drops bombs everyone looks away
Its always been this way but now pacifists are called friends of Putin...
It's always the same
But now everyone wants more weapons
They believe the propaganda

The opposite is true
This madness won't stop if we continue walking this path
It might just get worse

Another year comes to an end
Another year full of loneliness
My longing for true love
Grows stronger every year
My secret wish for Christmas is love
I want someone close to me
Someone who knows me
Someone with whom I can share everything

Will this ever change?
Wars cause extreme suffering
But also profit
Gun lobbies influence goverments
Thus there is no interest in peace
Climate Change will erase innocents
That's a long-known fact
Scientists were ignored for a long time
It's just more comfortable this way
Nowadays most want climate protection
But without having to change anything
Social Injustice tears the world apart and attacks democracy
A few people have more money than they can spend
While others have no money they can spend
Some people work long and hard ...

Let us leave this world together
This world is black
This world is cold
Completely destroyed
Full of hate, greed and injustice
All that's left is hope
I need to leave it
Or my wings will soon fade
Come with me
Anyone who wants a change
Leaving all the madness behind
Let us fly into a world
Full of green and warmth
No destruction
Only love, solidarity and justice
No hope's needed
Cause everything is fine
Let us leave this world together
So that our wings will grow back
Leaving all the cruel egoists behind
This world is cold
Completely destroyed
Full of hate, greed and injustice
All that's left is hope
I need to leave it

I want to "live"
My life has no sense,
My life has no worth.
I don't do anything,
Besides eating, sleeping, suffering,
Again and again!
I want to live!
I want to experience something,
No matter if it's good or bad.
I want to be able to say "I love my life,
It has a sense and I don't want it to end"
I want to live!
Even my daydreams are boring,
Cause I've never learnt how to live,
I only know how to survive,
The boring life,
That tortues me every day! ...
My life has no worth.
I don't do anything,
Besides eating, sleeping, suffering,
Again and again!

I want to experience something,
No matter if it's good or bad.
I want to be able to say "I love my life,
