Oh precious little flower buds
Thank you for your sacrifice
I pull off your elf leaves
Removing you
From your stems
Grinding you up
With my mortal and pestle
Casting my circle
Invoking the goddess Hecate
Sending up
A spell of love
Using the aroma
To lure my consort
Bring him to me
So mote it be
Closing my circle
Merry meet
Merry part
Merry meet again

So I listened to my master

Nights Like These
My husband and I
Are stoned out our minds
Sitting at the computer
I notice him
Reading and rereading his book
I told him
The words aren't gonna change
So why do you keep
rereading it
He said
The more I read it
The more I like it
Hey I'm my biggest fan
Both started busting a gut
Can hardly breathe
Now I have to focus
On breathing
Or I'm gonna pass the fuck out
So I'm sitting here
Thinking
I'm stone out of my fucking mind
Now I need to pee
And he won't...

So Today I Decided
To make some special brownies
Followed the directions
To the T
Warm
Stir
Pour
Bake
The only thing they
Forget to tell you is
Be Careful licking the spatula
Didn't think anything of it
It's just the baker in me
To get a taste test
20 minutes later
I'm alone
sitting on the couch
Talking and laugh
With a few friends
