After all I have been through,
I know I can’t keep you,
Never will we meet again,
All because now you’ve been a distant friend,
I will cherish the love forever and always,
I thought you were the one but now you’ve been gone,
Years are passing by like a blink of an eye,
If we could meet again in a public place,
With your folks and mine,
I sure hope it would feel like we went back in time,
Just as long it doesn’t count as a crime,
