This isnt right
I could see you pull up in the truck
And instantly i knew something wasnt right
Sitting there staring out your window. While i stood there waiting in the door, wondering why, why you have tears rolling from your eyes.
Something isnt right.
With a look of sorrow, sadness, and pain you walked slowly up the stairs, and right then when i looked into your eyes I knew my world was about to break.
I kept telling myself this isnt right but,
Every happy memory, every love soaked moment in time flashed before my eyes
while you spoke with tears rolling down your face...
And instantly i knew something wasnt right

I don't know how to love less or love lightly, I just know how to love.
I don't know how to hold back when I'm happy, full of joy or even upset and when I'm hurting, I just know that I give you my all.

Why can't ya see what's going on

Second Guessing Love
I once looked into the beauty of her eyes and knew without a doubt that it would always be her and I
But now all I see is the depths of her lies and all she does is wonder why her touch makes me shiver and cry
Visions of love, a family struggling to survive, never a second thought that I would give up my life.To know that I've done all I could do, because for them it should always be done right
But now nightmares filled with the intentions to hurt me, a family divided struggling to keep afloat, always second guessing her trust never knowing if her love is sincere or if her words...

A soldier guarding her tender touch

Love Lost
Left empty and alone my mind is free and clear,
standing tall head held high and strong
No more wondering and wandering thoughts,
now I know my minds anxiety was caused by whispers from my breaking heart
Time will not heal these wounds of love lost,
but the pain will lessen and the scars will be a reminder of the family in a whole that's been lost
Moments of heartache I'm sure will come,
tears held in that want out,
memories that will haunt my dreams I have no doubt
No more comfort found in the arms of another's touch,
