The pills I take, just to get rid of the shakes
The liquor I swallow, keeps me willing to fallow
The shadows I see drift me into my dreams
The vision I have could be better
These things I write were never clever
In my addiction it's taking so much time
To realize that everything has shifted
But not yet to a greener side I have not yet been gifted
I haven't got the chance to be aware and move on
The only feeling left is this addictions real strong
So give me a reason just say something that's real
